<p>Not sure but it is not reasonable.</p><p>It's another way, you serve NS (if you are a PR) then you will get citizenship.</p>

没听说不是PR的一般外国人可以在新加坡部队服兵役的.难道不怕泄露军事秘密?只有看守监狱,戒毒所,钱库的辜加警察团的士兵是尼泊尔人!
