[求助]关于JTC的房子

我们有四个人，准备签一套JTC的房子，4房的，但现在我们有一个人先回国去了，就我们三个人先签下来，如果那人回来了，搬进来住会不会有什么影响？或者需要再办什么手续？注：我们四个人都是EP，全部符合租JTC房子的要求。

<p>既然都符合要求。建议去JTC注册一下。免得麻烦。万一被查到，全部人都会被赶出去。</p><p>下载一个申请表，填好以后，主申请人签字。加入的那个人拿去JTC注册一下就可以了（周六上午去也可以）。十分钟搞定</p>
