急！！！新加坡哪里有卖可以在国外打的手机卡啊！！-狮城水库-新加坡狮城论坛

因为我的是m1的卡，用学生卡签的线。 m1告诉我不可以开通漫游服务。。。。郁闷。。。可是最近要去越南！一定需要一个可以在越南那边使用的手机卡。而且，因为个人原因，必须在这边买好了卡才能去那边。谁知道，哪里有卖可以漫游的卡啊。。。最好是那种类似于prepaid card的那种。打多少扣多少的！！急啊！！谢谢大家了！。
