SP RENEW 杯具，本人学历只是中专毕业，当时是用ITE的技能证书申请的SP, 薪水也刚够2000,公司准备帮忙申诉.有谁知道要是万一申诉不成功，可以申请回WP准证不？可怜我的POLY 才读到一半哦，要是现在回去，之前的学费和精力都白花了

Write an appeal for your case if your pass renewal is not successful. Your employer or school should be the one doing the writing. There shouldn't be a problem with your pass. Highlight the problem to your school administration department or your employer. Which poly are you studying at?

我同事也是中专学历加ITE的SET-3文凭在上个礼拜刚刚RENEW两年,他底薪只有1880,不过他是上海人,在我公司都做了十年以上了

I am wondering why there are some many China Chinese keep using English whilst they are visiting a Chinese forum. None of you is English-speaker and therefore there isn't any need to act "high class" by showing off your awful English.  Sorry to be a straightshooter but I am just telling you the truth. Nevertheless, I totally agree what you have suggested.

楼主可以让学校出一份证明信或者推荐信, 证明你在修读部分时间制课程,然后去人力资源部申诉. 相信人力资源部会考虑你的情况对你的准正给予续约

谢谢你的建议，本来我只想把我的成绩单给公司，拿去作为申诉的材料之一。要是学校可以给信，那样也许更好些。

学校的推荐信会更加管用. 虽然我不是部分时间课程的学生,但是我认识的理工学院同学,有通过学校的证明信,申诉EP(薪水没有达到ep要求）成功的。工作准正不比永久居民，申诉的成功率比较大。

也可以换成WP的，但是要离境一次，我一个同事就是Renew时被拒，上诉不成功，最后换成WP的，离境回国，顺便当休假了。

I wonder if you are another China Chinese who's as usual committing the same mistake, arrogance bred from ignorance then overestimates oneself and make judgements recklessly. Which part of my posting states that I am a China Chinese. I've never been one and I'll never be. English is my native language and it is almost the only language I use at home and within my social circle. On top of that, it is the only language I can type with this computer right now. So if using my native language is a pathetic attempt to look high class to you, then, you have serious inferiority complex.

So I think it will be more prudent of you to learn about another person before jumping into conclusions. I am offering my advise and probable help to the threadstarter out of goodwill because I am a pure Singaporean and I know some of the people who can offer practical assistance without cost. I've done that before by leading some China Chinese to sources that have the capacity to solve their problems and I will do that for anyone who genuinely needs my help. Your recklessness can cost someone an opportunity to receive the assistance he never thought of. I was born and raised here, completed my national service and call this my home. China Chinese can be my friends but never part of my brotherhood. And before you start insulting my country or making racist remarks, I will advise you to restrain yourself, don't make the same mistake like many other China Chinese, recklessly rushing into a fix that cannot be reversed. You never know who you're dealing with. Several China Chinese have already gotten into trouble with the law by typing rubbish online, so don't add on to the statistics.
