如果不介意多缴10%的印花税和离婚，同时买组屋和公寓应该可以做到，不过有没有必要这么做，倒是要好好斟酌一番

Be a Singapore Citizen (SC) or Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR) Include at least one listed occupant who is an SC or SPR



Age You must be at least 21 years old.


Family Nucleus You must form a family nucleus, such as:
Your spouse and children (if any) or Your parents and siblings (if any) or
Your children under your legal custody, care and control (for widowed, divorced or separated persons)

看清楚了？父母一方和小孩联名买组屋的前提是，联名父/母必须是寡妇或鳏夫，或者离婚/分居。否则不管你的配偶是什么身份，都只能是一个family nucleus
